Sausage Croissant

Kosher beef sausage wrapped in buttery croissant dough and baked to golden crisp.   

Sausage Jalapeno Croissant

Kosher beef sausage  wrapped in buttery croissant dough, topped with sliced Jalapenos and baked to golden crisp. 

Pain Au Chocolate (Chocolate Croissant)

Croissant dough rolled with semi-sweet chocolate to a rectangle shape.

Pains aux Raisins (Raisin Croissants)

Pains aux Raisins consists of a thin sheet of croissant dough with a layer of pastry cream. Then it’s rolled up with raisins and cut into thin slices. Once baked, they’re a lovely, flaky dessert with a touch of pastry cream and nice plumb raisins.

Apple Turnover
